To identify the total needs of elders in the community.
To educate citizens and enlist their support and participation to meet the needs of elders.
To design, advocate for and/or implement services to fill these needs or to coordinate existing programs and services.
To communicate with area agencies and to be aware of state and federal programs and Resources available for elders.
