Meeting Minutes
January 12, 2010
Board members present: Chairman William Lucini, James Henderson, Gary Eliasson, Armen Amerigian, Carolyn Ameno, and Thomas Snell.
A Public Hearing continuance was held at 7:00 p.m. on the application of 24 Sunset Avenue Acquisition, LLC, c/o Pierce & Mandell, P.C., 11 Beacon St., Boston, MA. The applicant is seeking a Special Permit to convert an existing, vacant, non-conforming structure, formerly utilized as a commercial candy factory, into a two family residential dwelling. The property is located in the General Residence and Farming District as shown on Map 24, Lot 70. The applicable sections of the zoning bylaw are Section 4.4 (3) Table of Uses, and Section 7.5 Special Permit. Following the Public Hearing, the board voted to deny the Special Permit.
The Board voted to accept the meeting minutes of December 22, 2009, as printed.
