MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF HEALTH
May 20, 2010
The regular meeting of the West Bridgewater Board of Health was held on the evening of May 20, 2010 at the Town Hall Conference Room A. Those present were Chairman, John Cruz, Clerk, Linda Simpson, and Member, Richard Harris. Health Agent, Robert Casper was not available. Minutes prepared by Darlene Green, Board of Health Secretary.
The meeting was called to order at 4: 03P.M.
Minutes of May 6, 2010 were approved, motioned by Mr. Harris, Ms. Simpson 2nd.
66 Bedford Street – Septic System Upgrade, Ms. Simpson motions to approve the plans as presented, with variances requested, Mr. Harris 2nds.
75 Union Street – Septic System Upgrade, Ms. Simpson motions to approve the plans as presented, with variances requested, Mr. Harris 2nds.
95 Turnpike Street, General Sand Products, Inc. – Mr. Cruz recuses himself.
Owner, Mr. John Rudniki has asked the Board to waive the 21 day appeal period, as presented in the Determination of Need for site assignment. Ms. Simpson motions to deny this request, Mr. Harris 2nds the motion.
Mr. Paul Mullen – All State Trapping & Wildlife Solutions visits the Board to inform them of his services, for the removal of nuisance animals, such as coyotes, foxes, bats.
EXECUTIVE SESSION was held
Pursuant to MGL Chapter 39 Section 23B exception 3, to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have detrimental effect on government’s bargaining or litigating position. Also, to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negations with non-union personnel: to actually conduct collective bargaining and conduct negations with non-union personnel
Motion to adjourn was made by Ms. Simpson @ 5:32 p. m, Mr. Harris 2nds.
