MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF HEALTH
June 17, 2010
The regular meeting of the West Bridgewater Board of Health was held on the evening of June 17, 2010 at the Town Hall Conference Room A. Those present were Chairman, John Cruz, Clerk Linda Simpson, and Health Agent, Robert Casper. Member, Richard Harris and Secretary Darlene Green were not present. Minutes taken by Robert Casper, Health Agent and prepared by Darlene Green, Board of Health Secretary.
The meeting was called to order at 4:05 P.M.
Minutes of June 3, 2010 were approved, motioned by Ms. Simpson, Mr. Cruz 2nds the motion out of necessity.
Discussions were held regarding various matters with no motions taken.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Pursuant to MGL Chapter 39 Section 23B exception 3, to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have detrimental effect on government’s bargaining or litigating position. Also, to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negations with non-union personnel: to actually conduct collective bargaining and conduct negations with non-union personnel
Motion to adjourn was made by Ms. Simpson @ 5:00 p.m., Mr. Cruz 2nds out of necessity.
